Lorna Drummond

Lorna Drummond has worked in the customer service industry on and off for over 30 years.  

She received her Bachelor of Business Administration's degree from UNBSJ, following which she began her career at NBTel.  During her years there, Lorna worked in Sales, Customer Service, and Call Centre Management. 

Lorna enjoys working with the public and takes great pleasure meeting the needs of her customers and clients.  She brings this client focus to her role as a part-time receptionist at our Clinic and looks forward to having the chance to see you.
