Lorna has over 30 years of experience in the customer service industry, working in various roles across sales, service, and call centre management. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from UNBSJ, and began her career at NBTel, where she built a strong foundation in client-focused service. After a hiatus from NBTel to raise her two boys, she joined our team at Rothesay Laser & Hair Clinic 12 years ago.
With a strong passion for helping others, Lorna has always enjoyed working with the public and takes pride in meeting the needs of customers and clients. She brings this same dedication and positive energy to her role as a part time receptionist and product specialist at Rothesay Laser & Hair Clinic, where she looks forward to welcoming and assisting every visitor with care and professionalism.
