“I love this place! I only go to Dr. Kovalik after being spocked (term used meaning improper placement/dosage of Botox in the forehead causing an unintended appearance of the eye brows) by another injector. I get about 45 units of Botox and it costed just under 420$. Dr. Kovalik is very friendly and efficient, it can be a little difficult getting an appointment with her but she or worth the wait. Just book in advance 🙂 “
